We support a range of commercial projects across South Australia and are committed to safe, effective, and reliable delivery outcomes.About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Install Lead to join our team at United Precast Pty Ltd in Ottoway, SA.
This is a full-time role where you will be responsible to lead and manage the delivery of precast installation projects from initiation to completion, ensuring outcomes are achieved safely, efficiently, on time, and within budget.
This role drives the United Precast project management framework, fostering collaboration across teams and maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.Key Responsibilities include:Manage and provide leadership to install crew.Supporting, mentoring a positive team culture and elevating the capability of the team to improve production output, while minimising risk and improving engagement.Attendance of prebuild planning meetings and site visits as requiredOrganise plant and equipment as required including prepare load lists of panels and propsAchieve agreed KPI's including weekly/monthly panels installedAdhering to all relevant regulations and company policiesPromoting a safe, positive work environment that aligns with the business WHS objectives and complies with relevant WHS legislation and regulations.

you will demonstrate:EssentialTertiary qualification in Construction, Project Management, or related disciplineMinimum 3 years' experience in construction or precast industryConstruction Industry Induction (White Card)High Risk Work Licence:Elevated Work Platform (EWP)Dogging (DG)Basic Rigging (RB)Intermediate Rigging (RI)Valid Class C driver's licenceAble to complete install projects in a timely manner.Reading, interpreting and understand construction plans and drawingsAbility to work in a fast-paced construction environment.PreferredAbility to work in a fast-paced construction environment.Diligence and strong critical thinking skillsAdvanced knowledge of precast concrete systems and processesProven ability to work autonomously and within multidisciplinary teams.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management toolsStrong written and verbal communication skillsWell-developed interpersonal and stakeholder management skillsSound knowledge of WHS legislation and site safety practiceAbility to travel intrastate if required.What we offerAt United Precast Pty Ltd, we are committed to providing a supportive and rewarding work environment for our employees.
