and stakeholders in maintaining project cadence and prioritizing tasks effectively.RequirementsMinimum of 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role.Proven expertise in Agile methodologies and frameworks.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration among teams.Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.Relevant certifications, such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent.Nice to haveFamiliarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) is a plus.Experience in a government or public sector environment.Skills & toolsProficient in Agile project management tools, such as Jira or Trello.Robust understanding of software development processes and methodologies.Ability to coach teams on Agile principles and practices.Practical notesThis position is open to candidates with valid work visas.Hybrid working arrangements will be available, allowing for a mix of remote and in-office work.
