Zoe Allied Health Clinics
Queensland
The first voice a family hears at Zoe is not a clinician's.
It's yours.
We're looking for someone who sees Client Experience (CE) as a profession they genuinely want to grow in: someone quick to smile, who takes pride in creating exceptional experiences for families and wants to build a real career doing it.
ABOUT ZOE
Zoe Allied Health Clinics is a paediatric and family allied health practice with two beautiful clinics on the Sunshine Coast.
Our team of Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists and Psychologists walk alongside children, families and adults with Autism, ADHD, Apraxia and Voice difficulties, with care that is clinically excellent and genuinely kind.
We're an award-recognised, values-led team that invests in its people, and we're growing.
Client experience is a huge focus for us: the goal is an amazing experience, every single time.
WHY YOU'LL LOVE WORKING WITH US
A supportive, positive team of CE and therapists who genuinely care
Structured part-time days, designed for consistency, connection and a sustainable workload
Real development: CPD budget, mentorship and quarterly development days
Extra joys: birthday leave, annual retreat and quarterly off-site team days
A genuine Client Experience career pathway, recognised in your pay
All while living and working in paradise on the Sunshine Coast
THE ROLE
Two days per week to begin: Monday at our Maroochydore clinic and Thursday at our Caloundra location
Growing to 3 to 4 days over the next 6 to 12 months as our clinics grow, if that suits you
Flexibility to work across both clinics, and to help cover team leave as and when needed
A current Positive Notice Blue Card (working with children check), or willingness to obtain one before starting
YOUR WEEK WILL INCLUDE
Welcoming families and creating a warm, calm clinic atmosphere
Answering phones and enquiries, and scheduling appointments
Invoicing, payments, and caring follow-up of outstanding accounts
Keeping service agreements and funding details up to date (NDIS and Medicare)
Caring for our waitlist and helping families into appointments sooner
Supporting our clinicians so they can stay focused on the families in front of them
WHERE THIS ROLE CAN TAKE YOU
Client Experience at Zoe is a genuine career path, not just a desk.
Every CE team member masters the shared craft first, then grows by taking ownership of a portfolio: an area of the clinic that is truly theirs, like the recent client journey, finance care, or socials and content.
Portfolio ownership is recognised in your pay, and the pathway continues from CE Team Member to Senior CE to CE and Operations Leadership.
YOU'LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU
Naturally look for ways to serve others, and are quick to smile
Believe every interaction is an opportunity to offer hope, care and reassurance
Stay calm under pressure and approach difficult conversations with empathy, professionalism and confidence
Are a true team player who enjoys supporting your CE teammates and our clinicians
Are a creative problem solver who finds solutions rather than obstacles
Are highly organised and take pride in getting the details right
Can move between the big picture and the finer details, from clinic flow to a single invoice
Communicate clearly and warmly, building trust with families and colleagues alike
Keep a positive attitude on the busiest of days
EXPERIENCE THAT WILL HELP YOU SHINE ✨
Experience in reception, client experience or customer service.
Allied health experience is welcome but not required: we will train you
Familiarity with NDIS (service agreements, plan-managed and self-managed billing) and Medicare is highly regarded
A flair for content or social media is a lovely bonus.
Tell us if you have one
THE TECH WE USE
Splose, our practice management system (we will train you)
Google Workspace: email, Drive and Chat
AI tools: we are an AI-forward clinic, so willingness to engage, test and trial new things matters more than existing skills
WHAT OUR TEAM SAYS
"I have grown so much since joining Zoe, with the support and onboarding I have received I am now so proud of how I can handle questions, challenges and do my own problem solving. This has made me better in my role, but an even better human! I love getting to help families in this way, it is a very special thing to be a part of. I am very grateful."
The reason we exist is to help as many people as we can to enjoy life, both locally and globally.
We exist to serve, support and celebrate our team and clients.
Zoe means life: abundance, joy, overflowing goodness, and this is what we hope for in your life.
Work is a big part of our lives, so let's enjoy it.
