About the Role
As our Diploma Educator, you will:
Design and implement engaging,



play-based learning programs aligned with EYLF & NQS
Work as a valued and respected team member
Build warm, respectful relationships with children and families
Foster a positive, inclusive and collaborative learning environment
Ensure the health, safety, and wellbeing of every child in your care
What You'll Bring
Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA approved)
Sound understanding of NQF, NQS, and EYLF
Experience in leading a room or mentoring educators
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Current WWCC, National Police Check, and First Aid/CPR
