About the roleWe are seeking a Manager for our Retail Hair & Beauty store in Maitland.
This is a full-time position that offers a fantastic opportunity to manage a dynamic retail environment within the hair and beauty sector.

Key responsibilities
Lead and manage a small retail team to achieve sales targets and key performance indicators
Oversee daily store operations, including stock management, visual merchandising, and store presentation
Train and motivate staff to deliver outstanding customer service
Monitor and analyse sales performance, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement
Manage inventory levels, ordering and stock control to minimise wastage and maximise profitability
Create and implement strategies to drive customer loyalty and repeat business
Maintain knowledge of current hair and beauty products, trends and industry developments




What we're looking for
Proven experience in retail management with hands on experience as a hairdresser.
Excellent customer service orientation with a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences
Sound knowledge of retail operations, including stock control, merchandising and visual displays
Solid communication and interpersonal skills at all levels
Proficiency with retail management systems and point of sale software
A passion for the hair and beauty industry and current trends is highly desirable
