We serve all‐day brunch to a blend of eager tourists and friendly locals, delivering creative, seasonal dishes in a relaxed, coastal setting.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and cook high-quality breakfast, brunch and lunch dishes in line with café standardsCollaborate with management to develop seasonal menus and innovate current recipes using local, sustainable produceOversee all kitchen operations: food preparation, plating, presentation and quality controlEnsure strict compliance with food safety, hygiene standards and allergen proceduresManage kitchen inventory, place orders and implement waste-minimisation strategiesTrain & mentor junior kitchen staff, fostering a positive team cultureMaintain composure and high standards in a fast-paced, high-volume service environmentSkills & ExperienceMinimum 2 years' experience as a Chef in a café or casual-dining kitchenCertificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery or equivalent trade qualificationIn-depth knowledge of food safety,
