FIFO Service Delivery Team – Casuals
We are seeking experienced candidates in the below roles to join our Service Delivery team on a FIFO basis, working on essential shutdown and maintenance assignments.
This role offers the chance to collaborate with top-tier mining companies that operate some of the largest and most technologically advanced iron ore operations in Australia's Pilbara region, including global industry leaders.
This role is FIFO from Perth.
Shuttle service available to Perth airport if you reside in Bunbury or surrounding areas.
We are looking for the following;
• Advanced Riggers
• Mechanical Fitters
• Boilermakers
Key Responsibilities for Mechanical Fitter
• Disassemble, overhaul and reassemble gearboxes, pumps, pulleys, valves, screens and other OEM components with a focus on quality and accuracy.
• Operate, maintain and service mechanical equipment in accordance with technical standards.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints and detailed work instructions.
• Maintain organised work areas and ensure tools and equipment are well-maintained.
• Contribute ideas to improve tooling, workflows and site conditions.
Key Responsibilities for Boilermaker
The primary function of a Boilermaker/Welder is to assist in the completion of general fabrication, welding and maintenance on various work scopes across Client sites in the Northwest, Southwest and interstate.
Key Responsibilities for Advanced Rigger
• Executing complex and heavy lifts — think large apron feeders, shuttles, gates, OEM- supplied heavy mining gear.
• Reading and interpreting lift plans and drawings, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Managing rigging gear: checking safety, compliance, and readiness before every lift.
• Working closely with fitters/boilermakers — and providing guidance to less-experienced riggers when needed.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
• Minimum 2 years' experience working on mining sites.




• Mechanical Fitter or Fabrication trade certification
• C-class Australian Driver's Licence
• Licence to perform High Risk Work for Riggers (RI or RA)
• Entry & Work in Confined Spaces (valid within the past 2 years)
• Working at Heights (valid within the past 2 years)
• Gas Test Atmospheres (valid withing the past 2 years)
• First Attack Firefighting Equipment certification.
• Robust commitment to safety and a team-first attitude.
• Willingness to work FIFO shutdowns from Perth to the Pilbara or Southwest
