As we continue our rapid growth journey, we're looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Merchandise Assistant to join our Planning & Projects team at our Sunshine Coast Head Office.

The Role
Reporting to the Merchandiser, the Merchandise Assistant plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day merchandising function across our retail and ecommerce network.
You will work closely with our merchandising, buying, retail operations, ecommerce and warehouse teams to ensure stock data is accurate, reporting is timely, and merchandise processes run smoothly across the business.
Whether you're early in your merchandising career or looking to take the next step from an administration, retail or inventory support role, this position offers an excellent opportunity to develop within a high-growth retail environment.
What You'll Be Doing
Stock Administration & Merchandise Support
Maintaining accurate stock records across stores and ecommerce channels
Supporting stock transfers, adjustments and inbound receipting processes
Monitoring stock levels and identifying replenishment opportunities
Assisting with stock allocations and new store stock builds
Maintaining product and pricing information within merchandising and ERP systems




Supporting inventory accuracy and stock availability across the business
Reporting & Analysis
Assisting with weekly and monthly trading reports
Supporting analysis of sales, stock performance and sell-through rates
Monitoring category performance and identifying trends or anomalies
Updating merchandising dashboards and KPI reporting
Assisting with markdown and clearance reporting
Supporting range reviews and trading discussions through data reporting
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Providing administration support to the Buying Team
Working with Retail Operations and Store Managers to resolve stock queries
Assisting the Ecommerce Team with stock and availability updates
Supporting Warehouse and Logistics teams with inbound stock tracking
Providing general administrative support to the Planning & Projects team
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who enjoys working with data, thrives in a structured environment and takes pride in being organised and detail-focused.
You'll ideally bring:
Previous experience in administration, retail support, inventory, merchandise or data entry roles
Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including data management and reporting
Excellent organisational and time management skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Strong written and verbal communication skills
A proactive mindset and willingness to learn
The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
A collaborative approach and desire to build strong working relationships
Highly Regarded
Experience within retail, fashion, jewellery,



accessories or lifestyle brands
Exposure to merchandising, stock allocation or inventory management
Experience using ERP, merchandising or planning systems such as NetSuite, Cin7 or similar
Relevant tertiary studies in Business, Commerce, Supply Chain or a related discipline
