About the role
Join the friendly team at Salt Medical Services Pty Ltd as a part-time, or casual Medical Receptionist in Conder, ACT.
In this essential role, you will be our patients' first point of contact, providing outstanding customer service and administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our medical practice.
What you'll be doing
Greeting and welcoming patients, responding to enquiries, and booking appointments
Managing patient records and data entry with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality
Assisting with general administration tasks such as filing, scanning, and photocopying
Liaising with medical staff, such as doctors and nurses, to coordinate patient care
Maintaining a clean, welcoming, and organised reception area
Promoting a positive and professional image of the practice
What we're looking for
Proven experience as a Medical Receptionist or similar customer service role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and qualified manner
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail




Proficient in using medical software and standard office equipment
Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures is highly desirable
A caring and empathetic approach, with the ability to maintain patient confidentiality
