Fixed Term Part-Time (up to 32 hours per week, until 31 August ****)
Who is Mpower?
Mpower is a well-established, accredited not-for-profit community-based organisation serving South West Victoria.
Since our founding in ****, we have evolved from a small voluntary service into a dynamic agency employing over 95 staff and supporting more than 1,200 families across the region.
With nearly a decade of experience delivering services under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), Mpower has continually adapted to meet the needs of our community.

The Role
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Coordinator Client Engagement to lead Mpower's client engagement and intake function in a fixed-term position until 31 August ****.
This is a practical, hands-on coordination role that combines client engagement, team leadership and service growth.
You will coordinate enquiries, referrals, intake, service matching, waitlists, service agreements and onboarding, while actively undertaking Client Engagement Officer duties as part of the role.
Working closely with our Disability and Accommodation Services and Therapy Services teams, you will help ensure people receive accurate information and a coordinated pathway from first enquiry to service commencement.
You will also build referral relationships, support targeted marketing and community engagement activities, and proactively follow up suitable enquiries.
About You
You will be an organised and confident coordinator who combines strong client service skills with practical leadership and a proactive approach to building relationships in the community.
You will have:
Experience in client engagement, intake, service coordination or a similar role within disability, community or human services




Demonstrated experience leading employees, coordinating workflow and providing supervision, coaching and feedback
Sound knowledge of the NDIS and the responsibilities of a registered NDIS provider
Strong communication, organisation and judgement, with the ability to manage competing priorities and sensitive matters
Strong relationship-building skills across service teams, participants and referral partners
Confidence promoting services and following up prospective participants and referrers
