Job DescriptionFoundry Enterprises We are looking for cooks and chefs who have a passion for great quality food and enjoy working in a fast paced environment, with the ability to maintain a high standard of quality and presentation of food.
The successful candidate will be responsible for menu planning, food preparation, maintaining high quality of food and presentation, supervising and training kitchen staff, and enforcing food and hygiene safety.
Perks Superannuation Task & responsibilities Plan and create menus Prepare and cook modern dishes to a high standard Supervise food preparation and monitor food quality and presentation Manage and train junior kitchen staff in food preparation, cooking techniques and food safety Order and maintain inventory of food and kitchen supplies, ensuring it meets daily production needs Ensure appropriate storage of ingredients and supplies Ensures compliance with health,



hygiene and safety regulations in the kitchen Maintain cleanliness and organisation of kitchen and food preparation areas Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure efficient food service to customers Qualification & experience A relevant Certificate IV or Diploma qualification in cookery or kitchen/hospitality management Minimum one year of relevant experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume commercial kitchen Passionate about cooking and producing quality dishes consistently Excellent culinary and kitchen management skills Knowledge of commercial kitchen procedures and operations Knowledge of food safety, HACCP and safety requirements Strong work ethic, communication and leadership skills About Company Hopscotch Bar and Paloma's are both located at 5 Lonsdale Street, Braddon.
