Strive Physiotherapy is looking for a motivated physiotherapist to join our growing multidisciplinary team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants more than just a standard treatment room role.
We are looking for a clinician who wants to grow with the clinic, develop their clinical skills, build solid relationships with patients and referrers, and work towards future leadership or ownership opportunities.
About usStrive Physiotherapy is a growing allied health clinic based in Perth, providing care across private practice, GP clinics, workers' compensation, DVA, NDIS, and community-based services.
Our team includes physiotherapists, chiropractic, speech pathology, and massage therapy, creating a supportive multidisciplinary environment where clinicians can learn from each other and provide better care for patients.
We are continuing to grow, and we are looking for the right person to become part of that growth.
About the roleWe have full-time and part-time roles available, and are open to discussing hours that suit the right candidate.
You will manage a varied caseload including:
General musculoskeletal physiotherapy
Sports injuries and rehabilitation
Workers' compensation patients
DVA patients
NDIS participants
Women's health presentations, depending on experience and interest
Exercise rehabilitation and self-management programs
Chronic pain and long-term condition management
You will be supported by an experienced team and have the opportunity to work closely with local GPs, referrers, and the wider community.
What we are looking forWe are looking for someone who:
Has 1–2 years of private practice physiotherapy experience
Is confident with general musculoskeletal assessment and treatment
Wants to keep improving clinically and professionally
Enjoys building strong relationships with patients
Communicates clearly with patients, referrers, and team members
Enjoys working in a multidisciplinary team environment
Has an interest in areas such as workers' compensation, DVA, NDIS, women's health, or exercise rehabilitation
Is reliable, organised, and willing to contribute to the growth of the clinic
