We deliver high-quality, person-centred supports across the Northern Territory and Western Australia and take pride in fostering a respectful, inclusive, and supportive environment for both our participants and our team.Position OverviewWe are seeking a technically skilled and proactive IT Technician to support the organisation's technology systems, infrastructure, and digital security.
This role will be responsible for providing technical support, maintaining IT systems, managing software and hardware, and assisting with the ongoing improvement of our digital processes.
The ideal candidate is solution-focused, collaborative, and committed to maintaining secure and productive IT operations.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide technical support to staff for hardware, software, network, and system issuesInstall, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, devices, and network equipmentManage user accounts, permissions, and system access (Microsoft 365, cloud systems, CRMs, etc.)Monitor and maintain IT security, data protection, and backup systemsRespond to and troubleshoot IT helpdesk tickets in a timely mannerOversee updates, patches,
and software licensing complianceAssist with onboarding and offboarding employees from an IT perspectiveMaintain and update IT asset registers and documentationSupport the implementation of new technology systems and improvementsConduct basic training and provide guidance to staff on ICT usage and cybersecurityLiaise with external stakeholders and IT service providers as requiredAssist with IT policies, procedures, and compliance (including NDIS and privacy requirements)Support in the development and maintenance of digital systems including CRM, HR platforms, and internal toolsSkills & QualificationsEssential:Diploma or higher qualification in Information Technology, Networking, Computer Systems, or related fieldMinimum 1 years experience in an IT support or systems administration roleProficiency with Microsoft 365 administration (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint)Good understanding of networking, cloud systems, and cybersecurity principlesStrong troubleshooting skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical usersAbility to work proactively and manage competing prioritiesExcellent problem-solving, communication, and organisational skillsDesirable:Experience using or supporting NDIS-related systems, CRMs, or workforce management platformsPrevious experience working in the NDIS, disability, healthcare, or community services sectorKnowledge of IT compliance and data security relevant to privacy laws and NDIS standardsExperience with remote support and multi-location environmentsBasic scripting or automation skillsBenefitsSupportive and inclusive workplace cultureProfessional development and training opportunitiesCompetitive salary based on experience and qualificationsOpportunity to contribute to meaningful work supporting people with disabilitiesOpportunities for innovation and involvement in systems improvementsEmployee assistance program (EAP) and wellbeing supportCareer growth opportunities within a growing organisationPay: $93,****** – $100,****** per yearWork Location: In person
