Your New Role
As Configuration Manager, you will take ownership of the configuration management framework across complex engineering programs.
This role blends strategic governance with practical delivery, giving you the autonomy to shape processes while remaining close to the technical detail.
Own, maintain and continuously improve configuration management policies, processes, procedures and tools.Establish and govern configuration baselines across the full system lifecycle.Lead configuration control activities,



including Change Control Boards.Manage engineering change processes, configuration status accounting and configuration audits.Maintain accurate configuration records, drawings, specifications and associated technical data.Provide practical CM guidance to engineering, project and delivery teams.Support compliance with relevant defence, engineering and industry standards.What You'll Need to Succeed
