About the
Role:
This
role provides administrative and financial support across Community
and Lifestyle, ensuring the effective delivery of services that
meet the needs of the Townsville community.
Working closely with
internal teams and stakeholders, you will deliver high-quality
customer service, maintain accurate records, and support day-to-day
operations while ensuring compliance with relevant policies,
procedures and legislative requirements.
As
part of a customer-focused team, you will contribute to a culture
of accountability, continuous improvement and service excellence.
The role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail
and a commitment to supporting business operations, maintaining
business continuity and delivering value for the
community.
About
you:
Certificate
III/IV in Business Administration or equivalent
experience
Experience in
administration, finance or business support roles
Strong
understanding of budgets, financial reporting and
journals
Experience with
procurement, accounts payable and receivable
Proficient in
Microsoft Office and records management systems
Excellent
communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to
collaborate, influence and build positive
relationships
Commitment to




workplace safety and legislative compliance
Current Class C
Driver Licence
Robust
attention to detail and ability to work accurately under
pressure
