This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive, detail-oriented professional to play a central role in supporting sales operations, customer engagement and demand planning across a rapid-paced, values-led organisation.Reporting to the National Sales & Marketing Manager, you'll work closely with customer service, export and cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth execution of customer plans, reporting, forecasting and day-to-day account support.The Role This hands-on position suits someone who thrives across multiple priorities and enjoys being genuinely embedded in the commercial function.
Key responsibilities include:Managing customer portals and ensuring accurate, timely submission of informationExecuting promotional activity and processing promotional submissionsSupporting sales forecasting and demand planning,



including contribution to S&OP; processesMaintaining customer data integrity and product maintenance activitiesAssisting with new product launches and range reviewsProducing sales reporting and analysis to support commercial decision-makingActing as a key link between customer requirements and internal teams including Finance, Production and QualityContributing to continuous improvement across systems and processesAbout YouPrevious experience in a sales support, customer service or account management role within FMCG, food manufacturing or broader consumer goodsEssential: hands-on experience working with major grocery retailers and their systems — specifically the Coles or Woolworths portalStrong analytical skills with intermediate to advanced Excel capability, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPsExperience with SAP (particularly SAP Business One) advantageous but not essentialResilient, adaptable and self-sufficient, with a proactive, solutions-focused mindsetComfortable working within a close-knit, family-oriented business environment where initiative and accountability are valuedStrong communicator, confident managing multiple priorities and stakeholdersWhy ApplyThis is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career within a stable and growing business, with genuine exposure to major retail customers and real scope for progression.
