highly motivated, team-oriented and outcomes-focused Program
Manager to join the North Metropolitan Health Service (NMHS)
Transformation team.
This is an exciting
chance to contribute to NMHS's vision of being a
transformative leader in healthcare while helping to drive
innovative, high-quality and sustainable health services for
Western Australians.
This is for
Permanent Full-Time / Part-Time or Fixed Term Full-Time / Part-Time
appointments with the possibility of extension(s) and/or
permanency.
Job Share arrangements may be considered.
There are up
to five opportunities initially available.
What is our Program
Manager Transformation role?
This is a key leadership
role responsible for leading and delivering transformation, reform
and service improvement initiatives across NMHS, supporting
organisational priorities and improving outcomes for patients,
staff and the community.
As Program Manager
Transformation, you will play a lead role in the delivery of
strategic transformation and reform initiatives that support NMHS's
priorities and vision for the future.
This role works closely with
executive leaders, clinicians and key stakeholders to plan,
implement and evaluate complex programs that drive sustainable
change, strengthen organisational capability and support NMHS
strategic objectives.
The role provides
leadership, direction and expert advice on transformation and
change management, ensuring initiatives are delivered effectively
and achieve measurable benefits.
You will partner with leaders and
teams to foster a positive change culture, support service
redesign, and enable teams and leaders to successfully navigate
change.

Applicant
Requirements
The ideal candidate
will demonstrate:
A proven capacity to
lead and support change management, transformation and reform
activities, while positively influencing the delivery of
strategic outcomes.
Significant experience
delivering complex health-related projects, including service
redesign, reform and improvement initiatives, with a
demonstrated ability to achieve results within established
timeframes and performance expectations.
Strong conceptual
thinking, analytical capability and sound judgement, with the
ability to address complex issues and develop practical,
outcome-focused solutions.
Highly developed
communication, consultation and negotiation skills, with a
demonstrated ability to establish and maintain productive
relationships with a broad range of stakeholders.
Demonstrated people
leadership skills, including the ability to guide, support and
develop teams while fostering a collaborative and
high-performing work environment.

Eligibility to
Apply: To be eligible for appointment you must have
