This is a full-time position where you will be at the forefront of our sales operation, building relationships with customers and driving vehicle sales.
As a Used Vehicle Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in our business by identifying customer needs, showcasing our inventory, and closing sales whilst maintaining our reputation for exceptional service and integrity.Key responsibilitiesGreet and engage potential customers, understanding their vehicle requirements and budget constraintsConduct thorough product demonstrations and highlight the features and benefits of our used vehiclesProvide expert advice on vehicle specifications, maintenance history, warranty options and financing opportunitiesPrepare and present quotations and negotiate terms to achieve mutually beneficial outcomesComplete all necessary documentation and administrative requirements associated with vehicle salesBuild and maintain a strong customer database, following up with leads and previous customersAchieve and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicatorsCollaborate with the sales team to ensure excellent customer service and repeat businessStay informed about current inventory, pricing and market conditions to provide accurate informationMaintain a professional appearance and conduct yourself with integrity at all timesWhat we're looking forProven experience in vehicle sales,
