As an Occupational Therapist, you'll be part of a supportive multidisciplinary team delivering high-quality, person-centred therapy that creates lasting outcomes for customers and their families.
About the Role
As an Occupational Therapist, you'll manage a varied caseload while working collaboratively with customers, families, carers and a multidisciplinary team to deliver tailored therapy solutions.
You'll:
Conduct comprehensive Occupational Therapy assessments and develop individualised intervention plans
Manage your own caseload across a diverse range of customers
Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, providing clinical expertise and recommendations
Prescribe and recommend equipment and assistive technology where appropriate
Stay informed of contemporary evidence-based practice and continuously develop your clinical skills
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality, person-centred Occupational Therapy services
Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve outstanding customer outcomes
Maintain clinical governance and ensure compliance with relevant legislation, professional standards and Rocky Bay policies
Promote evidence-based practice and continuous quality improvement
Build strong relationships with customers, families,



carers and external stakeholdersYou'll be a passionate Occupational Therapist who enjoys working collaboratively and is committed to achieving meaningful outcomes for customers.
Requirements:
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
Current AHPRA registration
Experience providing Occupational Therapy services, preferably within disability, community or rehabilitation settings
Experience building positive relationships with customers, families, carers and stakeholders
Strong clinical reasoning, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Sound knowledge of Work Health & Safety and risk management
Experience with complex equipment assessment and prescription (highly regarded)
