BrandSpace gives its brand and retail partners the opportunity to connect with their most valuable customer, the Westfield customer.As a product manager at Scentre Group you contribute to development and management of their product suite by supporting the organisation in translating the product strategyinto tangible outcomes. Their focus is on detailed understanding of the product suite's long-term strategy. With deep knowledge of their customer/ partner, theydevelop the product strategy and set the parameters for the annual roadmaps and quarterly delivery plans.You will have overall accountability for:Product Lifecycle Management through:



discovery - maturityDeeply understand product suite and usage profilePlay a key role in defining the product strategy across key lifecycle stagesCascade the prioritised initiatives for annual and quarter planningSupport development team by clearing blockers & sharing insightsCollaborate closely with interdependent teams to ensure products align to productand business strategies.Mine customer feedback across multiple touch points to gather insights and utilise these in your product decisioningGuide APM/ PM in stakeholder engagements and support their skills growthProvide data-led commentary in product reports/ communications to connect customer insights to future development and management of performance KPIsWhat will set you apart from the rest?Experience in the following:Experience in managing products related to (one or more): digital media, advertising, data, digital out-of-homeExperience with Ad Serving products; Perion (Hivestack), ScalaHigh level of curiosity and an ongoing learnerDemonstrated customer-centricity, including how to use customer feedback/ insights in product development practiceDemonstrated critical thinking and best practice frameworks to manage the lifecycle of productsExperience using variety of fit-for-purpose frameworks to validate and prioritise conceptsExcels in cross-functional environments, and loves working with design, engineering,
