We are looking for a reliable and motivated Ancillary Technician to join our team, focused on graffiti removal and exterior cleaning services.
This mobile role involves travel across Melbourne using a company vehicle.
Key Responsibilities:
Removal of graffiti from various surfaces using pressure washing, chemical treatment, and paint-over techniques
Operate and maintain cleaning and graffiti removal equipment
Conduct regular site visits across assigned areas
Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with WHS guidelines
Timely and accurate reporting including photographic documentation
Client communication and adherence to job schedules
Provide cleaning services in line with defined scopes and service agreements
Please note: The above responsibilities reflect the core duties of the role but are not limited to these tasks.
Flexibility to perform a range of duties is expected.




Night shift work may be required based on operational needs.
What We're Looking For:
Prior experience with graffiti removal, high-pressure cleaning or general exterior maintenance
Physically fit and capable of manual labour in varying outdoor conditions
Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
Ability to work independently and follow daily schedules
Strong understanding of chemical safety and equipment use (training provided).
Positive understanding of how to use a smartphone, including apps for taking photos and uploading job-related data
Valid Driver's License
White Card (Construction Induction)
EWP License
National Police Check (current within 6 months)
Ability to pass a pre-employment medical
Willingness to undertake on-site inductions, background checks and screening
