About the Role
Are you passionate about leading impactful change within the NSW Government?

If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you.
We are seeking expressions of interest from experienced Change Managers to step into a short-term opportunity (approximately 11 weeks) within our Investor Assurance team.
This is a hands-on role where you will make an immediate impact, supporting the delivery of key change initiatives, strengthening stakeholder engagement, and enabling effective adoption of strategic reforms.
Working closely with the Associate Director, Change and senior stakeholders, you will help progress implementation, and ensure change initiatives are delivered in a structured, practical and outcomes focussed way.
What you'll be working on:
Lead and deliver change activities across a defined program of work.
Partner with leaders drive engagement, readiness and adoption.
Provide pragmatic change advice across a diverse stakeholder group.
Assess change impacts and develop targeted mitigation strategies.
Develop change management plans, including, communications and training plans, stakeholder engagement strategies and benefit realisation approaches.
About You
You are an experienced Change Manager with a proven ability to deliver in fast-paced environments and quickly build credibility with stakeholders.
You bring:
Demonstrated experience delivering change initiatives in complex environments.
The ability to rapidly understand new subject matter and adapt to changing priorities.
Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
Clear,
concise communication and a solutions-focused approach.
A practical, delivery oriented approach with a focus on achieving outcomes.
