budgeting and cost control- Program management and planning coordination- Liaising with consultants, suppliers and stakeholders- Supporting site-based quality, safety and environmental controls- Identifying design risks and implementing mitigation strategies- Driving positive project outcomes through collaboration and innovationWhat We're Looking For:- Experience working on commercial, industrial, education or large-scale building projects- Strong technical and coordination capability across construction delivery- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills- A collaborative and proactive approach to problem solving- A Construction Management or Engineering qualification- Previous experience in a Project Engineer or strong Site Engineer capacityWe value the knowledge, experience, and perspectives of First Nationpeoples, and strongly encourage applications from First Nation candidates.RCC has a Preferred Supplier Agreement (PSA) in place.
