We deliver great food fast, using quality ingredients and consistent preparation - without compromising on taste.We're looking for an experienced, hands-on Kitchen Supervisor to lead the back-of-house operations at our LivEat store within an airport environment.
This is a full-time role suited to someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-volume settings.You will take ownership of day-to-day kitchen production, team leadership, food safety, and operational standards - ensuring every dish meets the highest standards of quality and consistency.
This is an excellent opportunity for a confident kitchen leader who enjoys balancing people management with robust operational focus.What You'll Do:Lead and manage daily kitchen production to deliver LivEat brand standardsEnsure all food is prepared and presented in line with recipe cards, portion control, and specificationsOrganise and motivate the kitchen team to deliver high-quality products and smooth serviceMaintain food safety, hygiene, and WHS standards at all timesWork closely with the Store Manager on staffing, sales forecasts, and SPLH targetsAnalyse sales and purchasing data to optimise production and minimise wasteSupport new product launches and collaborate with LivEat and supplier partnersRecruit, onboard,
