This is a vital role within our organisation, where you will provide direct support to individuals with disabilities, helping them to achieve their personal goals and maintain their quality of life.
As a Disability Support Worker, you will be at the forefront of our service delivery, working flexibly to meet the varied needs of our clients.
This casual position offers flexibility and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the community.Key responsibilitiesProvide personal care and assistance to clients, including hygiene, grooming, and dressing supportAssist clients with daily living activities, meal preparation, and household managementSupport clients to participate in community activities, social events, and recreational outingsHelp clients with mobility support and safe manual handling techniquesMaintain accurate and up-to-date records of support provided and client progressCommunicate effectively with clients, families, and other support team members to ensure coordinated carePromote client independence and encourage participation in decision-making about their supportMaintain a safe, clean,
