You'll play an active role in helping participants build independence, maintain dignity, and access the things that matter most to them.Your day-to-day may include:Personal care and domestic assistanceCommunity access and social participationTransport and support to appointments or activitiesSupporting participants to achieve their NDIS goalsBuilding genuine, trusting relationships with the people you supportWhat We're Looking ForA heartfelt commitment to empowering people with disabilityStrong interpersonal skills,
