Position Overview
The Product Support specialist is responsible for assisting with the promotion, sales, and computerised processing of our comprehensive range of Ground Engaging Tools and Replacement Parts.
Core Duties
Provide sales support through telephone and email communication.
Handle customer orders promptly and efficiently to ensure timely processing.
Process supplier invoices accurately and in accordance with company procedures.




Assist with regular stock ordering as directed by your Supervisor or Manager.
Requirements
Knowledge of and specific experience in the product ranges we market being a distinct advantage.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Knowledge and understanding of Occupational Health & Safety regulations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) desirable.
Experience in Pronto enterprise management system is desirable but not essential.
High Risk Work Licence (forklift) desirable but not essential
Position is located in Rocklea, Queensland ****.
