CraigCare Moonee Ponds VIC is seeking a compassionate Personal Care Worker (Part-Time) to support residents in our residential aged care home.
You will provide person-centred care that promotes dignity, independence and wellbeing, assisting with daily living, personal care and meal services in a warm, home-like setting.Ideally you have aged care experience and solid communication.
A Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or currently studying is preferred.
