Our services have a strong focus on prevention and early intervention and enable access to safe accommodation options, Holistic case management, community outreach programs and programs that teach vital independent living skills.
Our centres are safe and supportive environments creating an ideal environment for growth, where participants feel believed in, valued, listened to,andrespected.About the roleAs an After Hours Youth Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to provide compassionate and consistent support to young people experiencing or at risk of homelessness within a crisis accommodation setting.
Working alongside the case management team, you will help implement individual support plans while fostering a safe, positive, and therapeutic environment.
This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of vulnerable young people as they work towards stability and independence.Reporting to the Senior Case Manager, we have multiple casual positions available, based on-site in Shepparton, VIC.ConditionsCompensation is in accordance with Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Award (SCHADS) - Level 4.How you will make an impactProvide a protected, supportive,
