We are currently looking for a Barista to join our team at the Peppergreen Farm.You will:Prepare hot and cold beverages to orderAssist Kitchen Staff with meal preparationMaintain a food-safe setting for preparation and storage of productsEnsure correct and safe operation of kitchen machineryOpen and close the retail store when required, including setting up and packing awayProvide front of house service to customers including sales and bookingsManage public enquiries through telephone, email and in-person in a timely professional mannerManage stock and display itemsProvide active supervision and support to Supported Employees and Volunteers resulting in the delivery of quality products and services to customersActively contribute to the development of a culture consistent with the values of WISE EmploymentBe proactive in risk identification, notification, and managementContribute to continuous quality and service delivery improvement through the organizationWhy should you join the Peppergreen Farm Team?

We are seeking candidates with high levels of empathy and compassion to join the Peppergreen Farm team.
As such, our ideal candidate will have:Demonstrated barista experienceExcellent customer service and communication skillsAbility to work with people who experience a broad-range of disability types and require varying support needsProven ability to manage time and workload effectively to achieve business priorities in a dynamic environmentDemonstrated experience with Microsoft Office particularly Word and OutlookDemonstrated commitment, alignment, and role modelling of WISE Employment's valuesExperience or qualifications in the disability sector (desirable)Food Handling and Food Safety Certificate (desirable)Please Note:Mandatory Pre-employment Screening will be required.
