This is a dynamic, hands-on role split across both section waiting and wine-focused service.
You will work closely with the Head Sommelier to deliver high-quality wine service, guide pairings, and drive the energy and pace of the floor.This role will be well suited to applicants who demonstrate:Previous Sommelier and Section Waiter experience in high-volume, premium diningStrong wine knowledge with confidence leading beverage conversations and pairingsExceptional guest engagement skills with a vibrant,
