We are looking for an experienced Personal Care Worker to provide safe, respectful and person-centred care in our Brookview residential aged care home in Westmeadows (VIC).
You'll work closely with our clinical team to support residents' wellbeing, independence and quality of life.Salary- $***** - $***** per hour + 25% casual loading + NFP benefitsCasual role with shifts across AM, PM and night duty (weekdays availability is preferred)Key responsibilitiesProvide high-quality, person-centred care aligned with individual care plansSupport residents with daily living activities (personal care, mobility, meals)Build positive relationships with residents, families and the care teamAccurately document care and report any concerns or changesPromote a safe, respectful and inclusive environmentAbout youCertificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalentExperience in residential aged care (preferred)Compassionate, reliable and team-focused approachStrong communication and attention to detailCommitment to dignity, respect and person-centred careCompliance/Checks requiredNational Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
