The Opportunity You'll take ownership of a well-maintained portfolio of approximately 50 strata schemes (around ******* lots), consisting primarily of residential communities with a small number of mixed-use developments.
Working alongside a dedicated support team, you'll focus on building strong client relationships, providing strategic advice to Councils of Owners, and delivering exceptional service across your portfolio.
With comprehensive administrative support handling much of the day-to-day coordination, you'll have more time to concentrate on what you do best.
Your Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of residential and mixed-use strata communities.
Build trusted relationships with Councils of Owners, owners and contractors.
Chair Annual General Meetings, Special General Meetings and Council Meetings.
Provide advice on strata legislation, governance and industry best practice.
Prepare meeting minutes and follow through on agreed actions.
Authorise invoices and oversee maintenance matters.
Ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
Assist committees with long-term planning and decision-making.
Deliver an exceptional level of customer service.




You'll Be Supported By You'll work alongside an experienced administration team who assist with: Meeting preparation and documentation.
Maintenance coordination and contractor quotations.
Insurance renewals and claims.
Resident communications.
Financial reporting and budget preparation.
General portfolio administration.
This support structure allows you to focus on managing relationships and delivering value, rather than being tied up in administration.

About You You'll be an experienced Strata Community Manager who enjoys building lasting relationships and providing trusted advice to your clients.
You'll also bring: Previous experience managing a strata portfolio.
Strong knowledge of strata legislation and governance.
