This is an excellent opportunity to secure ongoing Monday to Friday work with the potential to transition to a permanent full-time position after 6 months.Successful candidates will commence on the morning shift for training and onboarding before transitioning to the afternoon shift in mid-September.If you have experience in food production, ingredient batching, or industrial mixing and are looking for a long-term opportunity with a reputable manufacturer, we want to hear from you.What's on Offer?

measure and batch ingredientsMonitor product consistency and quality throughout the mixing processComplete production documentation and batch recordsMaintain cleanliness and sanitation standards within the mixing areaFollow all workplace health, safety and food safety proceduresWork collaboratively with production teams to meet daily production targetsReport equipment faults, quality concerns and production issues as requiredSkills & ExperiencePrevious experience as a Mixing Operator or in a food manufacturing environmentExperience following recipes, batch sheets or production specificationsStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality standardsAbility to work independently and follow established proceduresUnderstanding of food safety, GMP and hygiene requirementsPhysically fit and capable of lifting up to 20kgReliable, punctual and committed to ongoing employmentStrong communication and teamwork skillsTo Be SuccessfulYou will be a hands‐on operator who enjoys working in a rapid‐paced production environment and takes pride in delivering quality products safely and efficiently.
