We're seeking warm, grounded and passionate Wellness Assistants to join our SAINT HAVEN Collingwood team.
This is a casual chance for someone who genuinely cares about wellbeing and creating exceptional member experiences.
The Role
As a Wellness Assistant, you will:
Welcome members and deliver warm, personalised service.
Guide members safely through advanced wellness treatments, including cryotherapy, red light therapy, PEMF and hyperbaric oxygen therapy.
Educate members on our treatments, services and retail products.
Support members throughout their wellness and recovery journey.
Maintain a calm, pristine and beautifully presented environment.
Follow all health,



safety and operational procedures.
Work collaboratively with the wider team to deliver a seamless six‐star experience.
What You Bring
Experience in wellness, spa, fitness, healthcare or luxury hospitality.
A natural warmth and genuine passion for health and wellbeing.
Confident communication and exceptional attention to detail.
A professional, member‐focused approach.
Availability to work both Saturdays and Sundays is essential.
