Position Details
Location: Lara VIC
Employment Type: Full time Apprenticeship
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm
Qualification: Certificate III in Mechanical Engineering
Duration: 4 Years
What You'll Be Doing
Working alongside the maintenance team, you'll help keep equipment and machinery operating safely and efficiently.
Duties may include:
Assisting with machine maintenance and servicing
Dismantling and rebuilding mechanical components
Using hand and power tools safely and effectively
Supporting breakdown repairs and fault-finding activities
Learning lathe work and basic machining techniques




Gaining exposure to welding and fabrication tasks
Following workplace safety procedures and best practices
About You
No previous experience is required.We're looking for someone who is:
Passionate about learning a trade
Hands-on and practical
Reliable and punctual
Safety conscious
Eager to learn from experienced tradespeople
Committed to completing a four-year apprenticeship
Able to work effectively as part of a team
