What you'll be doingPlan and implement engaging, age-appropriate educational programs that foster children's social, emotional, physical and cognitive developmentProvide a safe, caring and stimulating environment that meets the individual needs of each childBuild positive relationships with children, families and the wider communityMaintain accurate records and comply with all regulatory requirementsActively participate in team meetings, training and professional developmentContribute to the overall success and growth of the childcare centreWhat we're looking forCertificate III Educators or equivalent qualificationExperience working as an Educator in a childcare settingThorough understanding of the National Quality Framework and Early Years Learning FrameworkStrong communication and interpersonal skillsCreativity and flexibility to adapt to the changing needs of childrenPassion for early childhood education and a commitment to providing high-quality careCurrent First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma certificatesWorking with Children CheckChild Safety:Little Miracles is committed to child-protected recruitment and employment,
