This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys coordinating dispatch operations, working with multiple stakeholders, and ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and on time.Key ResponsibilitiesDispatch OperationsCoordinate and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.Verify order quantities, product codes, labels, and shipping documentation before dispatch.Liaise with freight companies and transport providers to arrange collections and deliveries.Monitor dispatch schedules and ensure customer deadlines are met.Documentation & AdministrationPrepare dispatch documentation, including consignment notes, delivery dockets, manifests, and export paperwork where required.Maintain accurate records of inbound and outbound stock movements.Ensure compliance with company procedures, customer requirements, and quality standards.Quality & ComplianceConduct final quality checks before goods are dispatched.Report damaged,



incorrect, or non-conforming stock promptly.Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve dispatch accuracy and efficiency.Communication & TeamworkWork closely with Warehouse, Manufacturing, Customer Service, and Logistics teams.Communicate dispatch priorities and any potential delays.Contribute to a positive and collaborative workplace culture.SafetyMaintain a clean, organised, and secure work environment.Follow all Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) policies and procedures.Report hazards, incidents, near misses, and equipment faults promptly.About YouTo be successful in this role, you will have:Previous dispatch or logistics experience.Excellent organisational and time management skills.The ability to prioritise multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.A positive attitude and willingness to learn new systems and processes.Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel, and Word).
Experience using ERP systems (Axapta experience is highly regarded).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.Professional phone and email etiquette.High attention to detail and accuracy.What's on Offer?
