Our goal is to meet the growing healthcare needs of the community, ensuring sustainable, robust care for the future while maintaining local services and staff levels.About the RoleWe are looking for a suitably qualified and experienced Occupational Therapist to join the Allied Health Team on a part-time basis for 24-hours per fortnight.
The role will focus on supporting our community to maintain independence in their homes through home-based assessments, modifications, equipment prescription, and referring into community social support programs.
As required, our occupational therapist will provide services to respite admissions, urgent care, and residential care onsite.
