payments and communicationsCoordinate and roster instructors and coaches, including workforce planningSupport instructor development, training and upskilling pathwaysFacilitate participant progression into club sailing and membershipAssist with sailing program operations, including racing and regattas as requiredMaintain strong relationships with members, participants, schools and key stakeholdersContribute to the continuous improvement and growth of BYS sailing programsAbout YouYou are a motivated and people-focused individual who thrives in a dynamic, community sporting workplace.Essential:Strong organisational and administrative skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAvailability to work weekends and flexible hours, particularly during peak summer periodsA proactive, positive approach with a commitment to participant experienceWorking With Children CheckDesirable:Sailing background with coaching/instructor qualificationsExperience delivering or coordinating sail training programsExperience working with sportsboat or keelboat programsExperience working with volunteers and community sport environmentsKnowledge of Australian Sailing pathways and Discover Sailing programsWhy Join BYS?
