About Move For Health
Move For Health provides home-based Exercise Physiology services across Adelaide and surrounding areas, primarily supporting clients through Support at Home and NDIS funding.
Our client demographic is predominantly older adults, with treatment typically focused on improving functional capacity, mobility, strength, balance, independence, chronic disease management, and injury-specific rehabilitation.
Move For Health currently has a team of 6 Accredited Exercise Physiologists providing mobile services across Adelaide.

Position details
Move For Health is seeking a passionate, reliable, and knowledgeable Accredited Exercise Physiologist to join our team in a part-time, sub-contractor role as a
The position will commence 3-4 days per week, with the potential to increase additional hours over time as your client load builds.
Experience working with older adults is highly regarded; however, we welcome applications from any AEP with a genuine interest in home-based care, functional rehabilitation, and supporting clients to remain safe and independent at home.
The role involves visiting clients in their homes across Adelaide and surrounding areas.
You will be responsible for providing initial assessments, supervised exercise sessions, tailored home exercise programs, progress reviews, and ongoing communication with clients, families, and care providers where required.
Key responsibilities
Provide home-based Exercise Physiology assessments and treatment sessions
Develop individualised exercise programs based on client goals, functional capacity, and clinical presentation
Support clients with mobility, strength, balance, falls prevention, chronic disease management, and functional independence
Complete progress reviews and relevant documentation
Communicate professionally with clients, families, case managers, and other health professionals
Manage your own schedule in consultation with the Move For Health team
Requirements
ESSA accreditation as an Accredited Exercise Physiologist
Current skilled indemnity and public liability insurance
Current First Aid and CPR certification
National Police Check
Reliable vehicle and willingness to travel to clients' homes
Strong communication and rapport-building skills
Ability to work independently and manage a caseload
Experience in aged care, community care, or NDIS is desirable
