Key Responsibilities




Assist brokers toreview client insurance requirements and recommend appropriate coverage options
Prepare and present quotes, proposals, and policy paperwork under guidance, building accuracy and client communication skills
Conduct focused research intoinsurance products, market conditions, and industry trends to support recommendations
Maintainaccurate client records, includingrenewal follow-ups and claim-related administration
Handle client enquiries promptly with a professional, consultative approach to keep the process moving
Support the team tomeet departmental targets, contributing to pipeline and renewal momentum
Requirements
Starting out in your career:recent graduate or early-career candidate
Degree inBusiness, Finance, or a related field(or equivalent study focus)
Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with a careful attention to detail
Analytical mindset and comfort working through information accurately
Comfortable withMicrosoft Office Suite; CRM experience is a plus (not required)
Any exposure to insurance, claims, or sales is strongly preferred (claims experience could be a great fit)
Ability to work 5 days in the office in South Yarra
