Our client is seeking a reliable and hardworking Maintenance Assistant to join their Civil Operations team on a temporary assignment for approximately 2–3 months.The hours for this position is 6:30am to 3:30pm, Monday to Friday.Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out a variety of civil labouring and maintenance tasksAssist with the construction and maintenance of roads and other civil infrastructureMaintain a safe work workplace and follow all WHS proceduresWork effectively within a team to deliver quality outcomesReport maintenance issues, hazards and improvement opportunities to supervisorsContribute to a positive team culture and support fellow crew membersAbout YouTo be successful in this role, you will have:Previous experience in road maintenance, civil construction or a similar labouring environmentExperience operating hand toolsA current White Card (essential)A current Class C driver's licence with manual driving capability (essential)MR Licence (desirable)
