9am-5pm Monday to FridaysOur client, located in Dandenong is a leading manufacturer and distributor of heating products and is seeking a Customer Service person to assist in scheduling appointments and service calls and also have strong Administration and computer skills.A good knowlege of Melbourne and surrounding areas and locations is significant.Duties will includeAble to handle customer enquiries and provide product informationContact customers to organise service callsAttention to detail and strong computer skills is essential (MS Office, Excel, etc.)Able to update and maintain databasesProcess customer orders and paymentsMUST be available for ASAP start.
