Onsite Part-time Position working 3 days per week for Immediate Start in a Growing PracticeAbout our BusinessWell-established firm based in Sunshine looking for a part time legal assistant to join our Wills & Estates department.We have a collegiate workplace culture that strives for everyone to be involved in delivering a high quality of service to its clients.Qualifications and experience:Experience operating your own law files.Strong legal document drafting capabilities including correspondence with clients and third-party stakeholders.Tasks and responsibilities:Follow directions of solicitors.Communicating with clients via phone and in person.Preparing template wills and power of attorney.Invoicing.Filing/Photocopying/Scanning and other administrative duties.Assist other solicitors and staff when required.We welcome applications from people with:Experience working in a law firm (preferred).
