Estimator - Fit Out, Refurbishment and D&C; Based in SydneyJob ResponsibilitiesAs an Estimator, you'll play a key role in the pre-construction team, preparing accurate and competitive tenders while working closely with project delivery teams to secure and set up successful projects.Utilise your expertise to accurately estimate the cost of materials, labour, and other resources required for fit-out projects.Craft detailed and competitive bids that reflect our commitment to quality and client satisfaction.Work closely with project managers, architects, and contractors to ensure alignment and accuracy throughout the estimation process.Conduct thorough analysis of project requirements, specifications, and drawings to develop comprehensive estimates.Stay updated on industry trends, material costs, and construction methodologies to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of our estimation process.DUTIESProduce competitive tender submissions and pricing documentationIdentify scope gaps, risks and value engineering opportunitiesObtain and assess subcontractor and supplier pricingPrepare detailed take-offs,
