National Scheduling Manager (Vending) - MoorabbinFull time12d ago , from Coca-Cola Europacific PartnersAs our National Scheduling Manager - Vending, you'll play a critical role in ensuring product availability across one of Australia's largest vending networks, supporting a network of more than 9,500 vending machines nationwide.You'll be responsible for optimising scheduling and replenishment activities, driving operational excellence, and ensuring our vending fleet is serviced efficiently and safely.
You'll collaborate with stakeholders across Sales, Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain, and Finance to deliver outstanding customer service and commercial outcomes.This is a fantastic opportunity for a people leader who enjoys balancing strategy, planning, stakeholder engagement, and operational execution in a fast-paced national environment.This role is offered on a permanent, full-time basis, based in Moorabbin, Victoria.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and develop a team of Store Inventory Schedulers to deliver efficient and effective replenishment schedules across AustraliaEnsure vending machine stock availability through the creation and optimisation of servicing and replenishment schedulesSupport the execution of product launches, pricing updates, activations, and continuous improvement initiativesPartner with State Operations, Sales, Logistics, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to ensure seamless executionFoster engagement, capability development, and high performance within your teamDrive compliance with Chain of Responsibility requirements and operational processesProvide operational support, insights, and recommendations to improve scheduling effectiveness and customer outcomesAbout YouYou are an experienced leader who thrives in a fast-paced workplace and enjoys bringing people, systems,
