Due to continued growth, they're seeking an experiencedOperations Managerto lead the operational delivery of the business and help shape its next stage of growth.About the RoleReporting directly to the CEO, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring projects move efficiently from sales through to construction and final handover.
Working from the company's head office, you'll oversee key departments including Contract Administration, Drafting, Estimating and Customer Service, while driving operational performance, improving workflows and ensuring exceptional customer outcomes throughout the entire build journey.Key responsibilitiesLeading and mentoring the operations team across multiple business functionsManaging workflow from sales through to construction and project completionMonitoring project performance, identifying delays and implementing solutionsDriving team accountability, performance and KPI outcomesCoordinating internal departments to ensure efficient project deliveryOverseeing contract administration processes and approvalsReviewing job margins, forecasting and operational reportingImproving systems,
