You will work closely with our Operations, Recruitment, People and Culture and Pedagogy teams to recruit your founding team,



prepare the service for opening and create a welcoming environment for children and families.You will be responsible for:Leading the establishment and opening of the new serviceRecruiting, mentoring and inspiring a strong founding teamCreating a positive, inclusive and accountable workplace cultureBuilding meaningful relationships with children, families and the local communityEnsuring the service meets all regulatory, compliance and child safety requirementsManaging staffing, occupancy, budgets and overall service performanceSupporting high-quality Montessori education and practiceDriving continuous improvement across the serviceWorking collaboratively with the broader AMIGA support office teamAbout YouYou are an experienced early childhood leader who is confident building teams, developing culture and managing the operational requirements of a busy service.You will ideally have:A Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education and CarePrevious experience as a Centre Manager, Director or in a comparable senior leadership roleStrong knowledge of the National Quality Framework and National RegulationsA strong understanding of child safety and mandatory reporting responsibilitiesProven experience leading,
