We are looking to appoint a Maintenance Scheduler to support the management of the five weekly and annual shutdowns.Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:Manage the five-weekly and annual shutdown schedules, ensuring all maintenance activities are completed within agreed timeframesCoordinate tasks, resources (internal and external), and timelines to support effective shutdown executionProvide on-site supervision during shutdowns, ensuring activities are completed safely and efficientlyEvaluate shutdown performance and prepare detailed reportsMonitor and follow up on failure notifications,
creating work orders within your area of responsibilityReview troubleshooting activities and corrective actions to improve equipment reliabilityContribute to continuous improvement initiatives in maintenance planning and schedulingSupport long-term maintenance planning activitiesAct as backup for the Workshop Services Coordinator when requiredParticipate in the mill standby system, including availability outside standard working hours for additional supervisionRequirementsDiverse electrical or mechanical maintenance background highly preferredSeveral years' experience in process maintenance scheduling or maintenance supervisionStrong experience with MS Project (or equivalent) and Microsoft OfficeSound knowledge of SAP PM / CMM systemsHeavy industry experience or familiarity with the papermaking process (desirable)Strong written and verbal communication skillsAnalytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilityEffective prioritisation and decision-making skillsTeam-oriented with excellent collaboration skillsGoal-driven with the ability to work efficiently under pressureFlexible, committed, and service-oriented approachWe offerIn return, we offer you a rewarding position within a global industry leader and an prospect to help our customers succeed.
